我是一个福建人。我要介绍的一个传统美食是福建蝦麺。这个美食的来源是从福建省在东南中国， 这个美食是一些移民带马来西亚和新加坡。这个美食的特点是他们用猪油和服务的干燥在混乱被烹调油煎的面条。主要成份是虾和猪肉。它通常服务与石灰和sambal辣椒。
